These judges handle divorces, legal separations, custody and time-sharing matters, division of property and debts in divorce cases, spousal support, child support, Uniform Parentage Act cases for unmarried parents, domestic violence cases, kinship-guardianship of children cases and adult adoptions. The Family Court also has eight (8) Domestic Relations Hearing Officers to assist with the caseload.
